Experience in legal and regulatory Governance, Risk and Compliance projects.

Experience in handling Domestic (Indian) Compliances which includes Due Diligence, creating Compliance Checklists (Database), Compliance Audits, Policy Mapping and can also create Compliance Reports.

Preference to candidates with experience of International Compliance and who possesses skills to do Gap Analysis should be candidate who is expert in analyzing laws and regulations.

Overall Skill set:

Excellent skills in written and verbal communication, meeting facilitation, presentations, analysis, collaboration and project requirement.

Should be able to effectively communicate with the internal team and external clients.

Team player with strong inter-personal skill.

Other Specifications

The Candidate must possess the following :

General Understanding of Global Regulatory Schemes.

Ability to do regulatory mapping and create compliance checklists.

Good with Compliance principles, theories, and concepts
