- Plan, Prepare and Conduct classroom for a range of products (Air, Hotel , Car ,Dynamic Packages and other ancillary/ products), Fares and Company Policies which incorporate our front, mid and back office management systems.
- Dynamic facilitation of classroom-based through the application of a variety of Instructional Techniques such as AV Modules, role playing, team exercises, group discussions, and lectures with diverse real-world, business-specific situations in order to drive learning outcomes.
- Have a strong desire to formulate new and creative ways of building data relationships in a fast paced, matrix environment with a high rate of change.
- Gap Analysis - Identify and quantify opportunities for automated Process enhancement/improvements based on Customer Services issues (Blogs/Complaints/Financials )
- Assisting with testing new enhancement releases; Demonstrate functionality through classroom or computer based Training.
- Provide constructive feedback and counseling for Trainees where required on matters related to their ability to meet learning standards and objectives.
- Provide face-to-face / Remote and written feedback to Trainees and submit daily, weekly and monthly Batch Reports to Training Managers/ Team.
- Identify process errors and support the business with On-Job Training interventions for Operational Employees in accordance with business needs, regulatory requirements and Quality Management System
- Responsible for managing pre/post course duties including Attendance Records, Assessment Results and Feedback logs.
- Support the Training department with Research, Design and Update of Training interventions.
- Continuously Enhance & refresh own core skills by maintaining regular contact with key business stakeholders to ensure alignment of skills and Training against latest Business priorities.
- Designing and Implementing Dashboards and knowledge checks for Training effectiveness.
- Post Training support to Trainees through call monitoring to identify, assess and document recurring issues/errors to Develop, run, analyze performance Reports and Communicate findings and recommendations.
- Improve managerial effectiveness, increase employee satisfaction and retention, and drive organizational performance through participant engagement and accountability.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Experience in Facilitation, Coaching, Group Training Delivery and Team Management (Front Line Staff Agents / Trainees).
- Extensive knowledge of GDS (Amadeus and Sabre).
- Strong Interpersonal Skills, including strong Verbal & Written Communication and excellent Listening Skills.
- Knowledge of computer applications such as Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Word, Power Point, Excel, and Basic Windows.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree preferred or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of related experience.
- IATA/ Travel School Certification will be preferred.
- Experience in building Training Modules, develop new Processes, Procedures or Improvements to existing Processes and Procedures.
