Your Role

We are looking for a Team Lead-Lead Generation , to join the Marketing team at Innovaccer. Working closely with Senior Management of Marketing team you'll spearhead the overall online and offline event management for Innovaccer which includes industry conferences, self hosted networking dinners and roundtables to drive leads and build brand awareness globally.


A Day in the Life

  • Plan QoQ Innovaccer's presence in external Industry events. Understanding events that fit as per the different Markets that Innovaccer caters to, also planning the scale while keeping in mind the RoI at which Innovaccer should participate in these events.
  • Plan Innovaccer's own events aligned with the respective Markets to drive RSVPs to those events and eventually planning dedicated lead generation campaigns on them to drive qualified leads.
  • Own the complete lead generation & management process through events from lead capture to follow-up and tracking them through the entire sales cycle.
  • Strategize email marketing campaigns including monitoring performance, optimization, and recommendations for improvement in the future.
  • Studying campaign performances, formulating dashboards, and performing extensive campaign analysis.

 

What You Need

  • Highly experienced in implementing enterprise lead generation programs and processes.
  • Strong technical aptitude, fantastic management skills with a great track record of working across sales, marketing and technology teams.
  • Proactive, decisive, independent thinker and should be good into industry research.
  • Solution-oriented approach with proven ability producing technically accurate, high- quality results.
  • Demonstrated ability to come up to speed quickly on a new campaign and balance multiple campaigns.
  • Experience creating task-based and process flow documentation.
  • Healthcare Domain and Big data Technologies understanding will be plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with marketing science.
