JOB DETAIL

Minimum Requirements

  • 1 years of UK/EU OR US Technical Recruitment experience of working in large, professionally managed firms, with exposure to a highly matrixed local and global reporting environment.
  • Expertise in hiring for Large Captives.
  • Strong sourcing skills with a track record of implementing innovative and effective strategies for sourcing passive candidates.
  • Strong understanding of the local hiring market for the relevant technology skill sets.
  • Proven experience in managing an end to end recruitment process.
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritize appropriately, meets deadlines and juggle simultaneous demands.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to deliver results
  • Europe experience can be considered for the role
  • Must be well versed with the LinkedIn Recruiter
  • If they have experience with client portals, then that would be great but not essential
  • Technical Degree would be an advantage

Essentials skills

  • Must have IT recruitment experience 1st preference in contract/permanent market
  • Must have experience working in Banking Domain
  • Tech recruitment background must be
  • Experience working within a fast paced environment
  • Must have accountability and should be able to work in a target driven project
  • Ideally someone who has worked on high volume roles
  • Must be well versed with the LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Technical Degree would be an advantage
  • UK/EU OR US Recruitment experience minimum 1 years with End to End Recruitment
