JOB DETAIL
Minimum Requirements
1 years of UK/EU OR US Technical Recruitment experience of working in large, professionally managed firms, with exposure to a highly matrixed local and global reporting environment.
Expertise in hiring for Large Captives.
Strong sourcing skills with a track record of implementing innovative and effective strategies for sourcing passive candidates.
Strong understanding of the local hiring market for the relevant technology skill sets.
Proven experience in managing an end to end recruitment process.
Ability to work under pressure, prioritize appropriately, meets deadlines and juggle simultaneous demands.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proven ability to deliver results
Europe experience can be considered for the role
Must be well versed with the LinkedIn Recruiter
If they have experience with client portals, then that would be great but not essential
Technical Degree would be an advantage
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong and productive Client relationships

Must have IT recruitment experience 1st preference in contract/permanent market

Ideally someone who has worked on high volume roles
Must be well versed with the LinkedIn Recruiter
Technical Degree would be an advantage
