Candidate coming with 3 years but not more than 5 years of relevant experience in software development and support with
Excellent problem solving troubleshooting skills, who will be directly interacting with customers/end-users to
deliver 24X7 support coverage to our global customer base
BE/ MCA/ BTech/ BCA or Equivalent
Experience in maintaining/ supporting Java/ JavaEE based product/ web applications
Experience working with Web/ Application servers (Preferably Apache, Tomcat) SQL queries with MySQL,
Oracle Strong written verbal communication skills.
Strong knowledge on Java, SQL, Linux, Cloud Infrastructure.
Basic knowledge of VM’s, AWS, Azure.
Any scripting language would be an added advantage (Ex: Bash)
Exceptional communication coordination skills
Experience in providing Level 2 Support for US/ EU customers Strong analytical skills
