The incumbent is part of the Technology & Customer experience
VP’ship in the organization of Hindustan Wellness. This position will be
reporting to the Lead Technical Architect who then reports to the VP.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is interested in joining a

opportunities.
His/her main responsibilities will be, but are not limited to –
Job Description Responsibilities
Determining project requirements and developing work
schedules for the team.
Delegating tasks and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
Liaising with team members, management, and clients to ensure
projects are completed to standard.
Identifying risks and forming contingency plans as soon as
possible.
Analyzing existing operations and scheduling training sessions
and meetings to discuss improvements.
Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
Updating work schedules and performing troubleshooting as
required.
Being transparent with the team about challenges, failures, and
successes.
Writing progress reports and delivering presentations to the
relevant stakeholders.

Qualification & Other Key
requirements:

Minimum Required Technical Skill set
Proven working experience in Java or Android + iOS
development
Hands-on experience in designing and developing applications
using Java EE platforms or Android or iOS
Object Oriented analysis and design using common design
patterns.
Profound insight of Classloading, Memory Management,
Transaction management etc
Excellent knowledge of Relational Databases, and ORM
technologies
Experience in the Spring Framework or Kotlin and Swift
Experience in developing web or Mobile applications using at
least one popular framework
Strong understanding of front-end and back-end technologies
Understanding accessibility and security compliance
User authentication and authorization between multiple
systems, servers, and environments
Integration of multiple data sources and databases into one
system
Understanding fundamental design principles behind a scalable
application
Understanding differences between multiple delivery platforms,
such as mobile vs. desktop, and optimizing output to match the
specific platform
Creating database schemas that represent and support business
processes
Implementing automated testing platforms and unit tests
Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git
