We are looking for a Senior Manager with 12+ years of proven experience in building and managing the technical teams.

Requirement:

• Having 12+ years of proven experience.
• Should have experience working in an agile development model, shipping quality deliverables every sprint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Understanding the business requirements, designing the component and delivering it with the help of various scrum teams each sprint.
• High proficiency with development practices, tools and workflows.
• Continuously discover, evaluate and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
• Manage and control the continuous release promotion cycle (through automation) of development, staging, UAT and production environments.

• Coordinates and manages the activities of a technical function of NEST product development and certification.
• Work towards sustaining current processes and implementing new ones.
• Ensuring quick remedy for critical high priority issues in live operational systems.
• Meeting or exceeding Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) as defined and agreed with the Employer.
• Other tasks as requested by the Employer from time to time.
• Should be a mentor to the managers and leads in the group, Should also be good in multi-tasking, Will perform other reasonable related duties, The Company reserves the right to change duties at any time.
• Responsible for recruiting, training and empowering team members.
• Should be able to lead multiple teams independently, should have good staffing skills and participate in the staffing process in the organization.

• Codebase development as defined by the Employer and maintain codebases between different global applications.
• Ensuring quick remedy for critical high priority issues in live operational systems.
• Possess a knowledge base of each retailer?s business, system and compliance.

Technical Skills:

• Proven programming ability in Python.
• Experience in OpenERP/Odoo framework is a big plus.
• Strong knowledge on RDBMS. Knowledge on Postgres hands on with PL/SQL scripting is a big plus.
• Working knowledge of Linux Ubuntu environment is a plus.
