Your Duties and Responsibilities:
	- Handling inbound and outbound calls and resolving queries about product/service of company.
	- Creating awareness about products or services and also performing direct sales functions.
	- Cold Calling capacities to introduce and create in an innovative product concept.
	- Excellent customer service orientation in solving grievances and building customer confidence.
	- Need to meet daily, weekly and monthly sales goals according to the companys revenue targets.
	- Must handle a minimum number of calls and close a specific number of sales that moves them closer to their quotas.
	- Maintains operational and call records inline with the system and further reporting the same to line managers.
	- Keeps up quality service by adhering to organization guidelines.
	- Must have excellent dispute resolution skills.
	- Maintaining ,updating ,and reporting clientele records time to time
Requirements and Qualifications:
	- Software and mobile app exposure.
