Should have knowledge about hospital dash board management
Empanelment of Hospitals/Claims/Diagnostic Center
Good Knowledge about Tpa.
Coordination Pan India Basis
Empanelment Hospital / PSUs.
Recovery of Hospitals / PSUs and Private Corporate.
Grievance Resolve with Hospital / Clients.
Management of Daily Report / MIS Related Networking / Query.
Coordinating with Corporate Clients / Staff etc. for the best treatment in the hospital and make sure that they are not having any problem in the hospital.
Ensuring customer satisfaction by analyzing customer complaints, concerns and suggestions and providing appropriate follow-through.
Improvement of various back end processes of the functional areas.
Monitoring and reviewing all patient related services ensuring high score of customer satisfaction index.
Organizing CMEs, Health Talk and activities with the help of doctors in assigned PSUs and Areas.
