JOB DETAIL

We need Candidates for the post of Customer Care Executive who is fluent in speaking and writing English and must be comfortable with the Night Shift.

Responsibilities

•Answer calls in a timely and professional manner.

•Respond to customer inquiries.

•Handle and resolve customer complaints.

•Provide customers with product and service information.

•Input customer information on CRM system correctly.

•Follow up customer calls where necessary.

•Explain services, prices, and answer questions from customers.

•Manage client referrals and process as appropriate.

•Engaging positively with prospective customers to ensure an understanding of products and services & maintaining an adequate lead to conversion rate.

•Identifying customer needs effectively in order to maximize all sales opportunities and explain added value services

•Achieve and exceed KPI s.

•Able to generate new business and close deals in the shortest time possible.

•Provide sales support to the team as required.

Desired Skills

•Proficient in relevant computer applications.

•Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.

•Knowledge of call centre telephony and technology

•12 to 24 months or more experience in a call centre environment.

•Good data entry/ keyboard skills
