• We need combination of HTML developer and designer both

• Good html developer and responsive skills as well as good creativity skills to create design on own

• He must know photoshop and should be able to create photoshop and then covert them to HTML on their own

• Creativity is a must

• Should have a portfolio so we can go over the work

• Should have also designed and developer mobile applications too
