Roles and Responsibilities
Handle IT requirements for US based clients.
	- Analyze the requirements to understand clients IT resource need and deliver qualified candidates/consultants with a minimum turnaround time.
 
	- Source & Screen candidates from various sources like Internal Company Database, Resume/Job Portals and Professional Networking.
 
	- Edit & Format resumes matching consistency and giving the resume visual cum technical perfection before presenting it to clients.
 
	- Maintain Candidate/Vendor relations; keep them updated on the progress of submittals made.
 
	- Handle Interviews, Closures, Paperwork & On Boarding.
 
Desired Candidate Profile
	- Education Background-
 
	- We hire only B.tech(CS/EC/IT),BCA,MCA,BSC(IT),Any IT technical(Any IT Diploma).
 
	- Applicant having 0- 3 years of experience in US IT Recruiter from Recruitment Firms/IT Software/International BPO may apply
