• Lead from the front and ensure that the regional/state-wise, product-wise sales target are achieved.

• Review and monitor region/ state-wise performance of the team on a weekly basis.

• Conceptualize and develop region/ state-wise sales strategies in line with available resources.

• Ensure cost in line with sales generated as per agreed norm.

• To control regional/ state operating cost.

• Ensure that regional/ state expenses do not exceed the budgeted amount.

• Identify opportunities for developing existing market and exploring new areas by market intelligence through field force on periodic basis.

Required Candidate profile

• Thorough understanding of the milk business and latest developments in the Industry

• Knowledge of competitor prices and sales figures

• Knowledge of Dodla Products

• Geographical knowledge of the city

• Demographic knowledge of the city

Technical Skills:

• Working knowledge of computers: PowerPoint, excel, word and email management

• Graduate / MBA
