JOB DETAIL
5+ years of experience in US IT Recruitment Process.
1+ years of Team handling experience (or) have handled a team of 5 + members.
Responsibilities include managing Team Productivity, Mentoring, and Nurturing Team,
Experience handling W2, and C2C requirements working with Direct clients
Strong experience handling both Core IT & Non-IT recruitments
To manage our full cycle recruitment, from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates. Implement strategic hiring procedures and improve upon recruitment measures.
Must have a demonstrated ability to work within tight deadlines.
Drive and direct all recruitment efforts and processes
Work with the human resources department to confirm hiring needs and requirements
Set clear goals and benchmarks for the recruitment team
Train and supervise recruiters in the correct company processes.
Highly motivated individual able to grasp complex technologies, tools, or knowledge and learn quickly.
Excellent communication skills (Oral and Written).
Responsibilities:
Provide guidance and support to recruiters and oversee the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring.
Manage end to end customer relationships.
Provide recommendations for how to improve recruitment strategy and techniques.
Work Hours: Night shift (As per US PST working hours)
