JOB DETAIL

  • 5+ years of experience in US IT Recruitment Process.
  • 1+ years of Team handling experience (or) have handled a team of 5 + members.
  • Responsibilities include managing Team Productivity, Mentoring, and Nurturing Team,
  • Experience handling W2, and C2C requirements working with Direct clients
  • Strong experience handling both Core IT & Non-IT recruitments
  • To manage our full cycle recruitment, from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates. Implement strategic hiring procedures and improve upon recruitment measures.
  • Must have a demonstrated ability to work within tight deadlines.
  • Drive and direct all recruitment efforts and processes
  • Work with the human resources department to confirm hiring needs and requirements
  • Set clear goals and benchmarks for the recruitment team
  • Train and supervise recruiters in the correct company processes.
  • Highly motivated individual able to grasp complex technologies, tools, or knowledge and learn quickly.
  • Excellent communication skills (Oral and Written).

Responsibilities:

  • Provide guidance and support to recruiters and oversee the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring.
  • Manage end to end customer relationships.
  • Provide recommendations for how to improve recruitment strategy and techniques.

Work Hours: Night shift (As per US PST working hours)
