Job Responsibilities
- Work in an agile environment with the technical content development team to deliver the best student experience
- Provide expert advice and support to users with the learning platform.
- Adding the new content in the learning platform provided by the developers.
- Discuss the progress on a daily basis or as required with the mentor.
- Reviewing team members contributions and Improve existing content
Qualifications and Skills
- Good analytical and comprehension skills.
- Good Command on Excel
- Strong command of the English language: an eye for detail, grammar, and proofreading skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver high-quality work on tight schedules.
- Knowledge of any programming language is an added advantage
