Role and Responsibilities
• Making outbound call to potential customers, following up with lead
• Understanding customers needs and identifying sales opportunities
• Manage channel relationship at various levels.
• Work as an Individual contributor along with Leading a team of highly energetic business Developers (Inside Sales Representatives) Who are responsible for New Client Acquisition.
• Build New /Existing Relationship with Partnered / Potential companies to enhance Business augmentation
• Recruit and attract high potentials individuals into the team
• Identify, recruit and on-board new channel partners within assigned territory.
• Manage sales activities of partners to generate revenue.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
1. A minimum of 5+ years of work experience.
2. Team leading experience
3. A bachelors or masters’ degree in sales.
4. Thorough understanding of the industry.
5. Exceptional communication skills.
6. Flexible to travel to partner locations.
7. Solution-oriented outlook.
