Roles and Responsibilities
- Design, create, and implement database systems based on the end user's requirements.
- Strong SQL experience (writing complex queries, query performance tuning, etc.) as well as an understanding of database structure.
- Hands on experience in writing SQL, Stored Procs and Performance Tuning.
- Creating database Tables, Procedures and Functions in Microsoft SQL Server environment.
- Providing the Database slowness solutions by checking the SQL queries.
- Provide the Database suggestions by checking the Missing Index, Stats update, worst queries.
- Fix any issues related to database performance and provide corrective measures.
- Strong experience in Design and build of Database systems
- Develop solutions to meet or exceed requirements includes knowledge to perform Remote software installations, upgrades, migrations.
- Write fast and performant database queries using a flavor of SQL Server, such as MySQL, MSSQL, or PostgreSQL
- Development, optimize, and implement stored procedures
- Use database analytical tools to analyze performance and generate reports
- Develop MS-SQL queries and procedures, create custom reports, and modify ERP user forms to enhance organizational productivity.
- Provide statistical analysis to develop, test, and optimize databases to their full potential.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 3+ years of experience as a SQL Developer.
- Hands on experience in writing SQL, Stored Procs and Performance Tuning
- Experience with SQL Server Database, Database optimization strategies, query plan analysis.
- Strong understanding of ETL concepts.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with demonstrated ability to converse with all levels of staff and management.
- Strong quantitative skills, attention to detail, and a high aptitude for problem solving.
