Duties and responsibilities :
Diligently handling a dedicated portfolio of key accounts to:
- Build a complete understanding of the client s needs and expectations
- Develop a long-term and trusting relationship with key stakeholders
- Resolving client s key issues and complaints
- Managing communication between client and internal stakeholders
- Staying on top of the client s needs, vision, IT roadmap, and any anticipated deviations
- Develop an in-depth understanding of the account, their business, and key stakeholders
- Improving per account revenue by effective up-selling and cross-selling
- Grab a higher share of clients annual IT spend by pitching relevant services and broadening their required product portfolio base
- Track delivery timelines and quality to ensure the best deliverables are being produced on time
- Presenting reports to senior management on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives
