Job Description

• BA/BS or equivalent working experience in marketing teams
• 4-5 years of experience creating content for the web and growing a social audience
• Editorial mindset that seeks to understand what the target audience consumes and how to create it
• Write edit high quality content for various marketing collaterals such as whitepapers and eBooks
• Write edit 7-8 blogs/month to be authored by the senior leadership at Espire
• Expertise in email marketing and in newsletter creation distribution
• Coordinate with various stakeholders to create Case Studies portray Espire's expertise and how it has added value to its clients
• Proficient in social media marketing and in identifying industry influencers
• Ability to analyse and present content and social performance
• Collaborates across functions and silos to deliver on an effective content marketing strategy and editorial plan to meet business objectives
• Wears a creative hat with a knack of representing a lot in concise words to optimize the path to lead conversion
• Project management skills and understanding how to manage the priorities of multiple stakeholders in a complex environment
• Focus on the delivery of results in the form of traffic, engagement and marketing qualified leads
• Editorial requirements must include basic SEO understanding
• IT/marketing background Experience with Sitecore Content Hub are added bonus
