Roles and Responsibilities :

• Have hands-on development experience of 3 plus years

• Good communication skills

• Working knowledge of Relational amp; No SQL Databases

• Worked in agile (Scrum amp; Kanban)

• Managed the team size of 5-6 members

• Organizing and managing all phases of the project to ensure on-time completion

• Planning, Creating WBS Monitoring project activities

• Manage the relationship with the client and stakeholders

• Assign and oversee the daily tasks of technical personnel while ensuring all subordinates are actively working toward established milestones

Good to have skills:

• Involved in designing application architecture

• Aware of application-level security

• PMP/CSM is a plus

• Experience working in a high-level collaborative environment and promoting a teamwork mentality

• Managerial experience applying analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
