ROLE EXPECTATIONS

This role requires bright people who not only understand and have a penchant for business processes but also have a flair for understanding business problems and technology-based solutions. We need people who are passionate about solving business problems through technology. Extremely strong drive to learn new stuff/tools and who have an excellent eye for details.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Conducting user sessions, business stakeholders meetings and converting workshop discussions to software requirements.
2. Planning and monitoring
3. Eliciting, translating and simplifying business requirements
4. Requirements analysis
5. Performing quality assurance

WORK EXPERIENCE

1. The position requires at least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst with a professional IT organization
2. Must have handled client interactions and planned and manage requirements gathering workshops
3. Prior work in USA Property Management domain is preferable

SKILLS, ABILITIES KNOWLEDGE

1. Excellent written and verbal communication, including technical writing skills
2. Understanding of systems engineering concepts
3. Must have in-depth and extensive understanding of User Experience concepts and practice
4. Strong Sketch/Photoshop/Illustrator skills
5. Must have developed a project in a team
