6+ years of experience in Business Analysis in Digital Transformation Projects.

- Must have Banking exp in- Retail Banking/ Wholesale Banking/ Wealth Management/ Global Trade & Receivables Finance.

- Should have hands on experience in - Digital Transformation/ Intelligent Automation (RPA/ AI/ ML)/ Process Excellence/ Change Management

- Should have experience of working in Agile methodologies using SCRUM framework.

- Certified and Proficient in JIRA

- Expertise in creating Epics, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, Product/Process Backlog

- Hands on experience in BA documentation, BRD, SRS, FRD, test case documentation and use case documentation
