Roles and Responsibilities

 

Develop high quality business strategies and plans ensuring their alignment with short-term and long-term objectives

 

• Lead and motivate subordinates to advance employee engagement develop a high
performing managerial team

 

  • To fix goal of company with achievable objectives within stipulated time frame.

 

• Oversee all operations and business activities to ensure they produce the desired results and
are consistent with the overall strategy and mission

 

• Make high-quality investing decisions to advance the business and increase profits

 

  • Enforce adherence to legal guidelines and in-house policies to maintain the companies legality and business ethics

• Review financial and non-financial reports to devise solutions or improvements

Desired Candidate Profile

Graduation with One year Executive Management Program from IIM or equivalent.

 

  • Minimum total experience will be 15 years not more than 18 years in any Industrial sector.

 

  • Proven experience as senior managerial position in product development & business plan.

 

• Open eye queue to promote an innovative product line as a small scale Industries which
having market potential and profitability.

 

• Knowledge of ROI within limited source of business capital.

 

• Experience in developing marketing strategies for new launching products.

 

  • Excellent communication and public speaking skills

 

Key requirement:

 

To finding a new product line belongs from small /micro Industrial sector and our company neither looking for large scale manufacturing product nor such market. Our targeted costumers will be B2B segment Rather B2C . So preferable product to be find out that will be suitable as accordingly. Primarily focus will be to select suitable product, arrange production facilities and serve market place and potential of product.
