Role - Business Analyst
Exp - 2 to 4 years
Location - Gurgaon
Shifts - 4 PM to 1 AM
Roles and Responsibilities
We are looking for a Business Analyst to support clients on marketing, mainly on digital platform for creating online content through websites and streamline the publications.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop websites through content management system and help in regular publications across the regions of EMEA/APAC
- Help clients in developing ad hoc publications and website creation for specific campaigns or events
- Liaise with stakeholders in designing teams, CIO, authors, etc. and control functions to understand requirements
- Lead the project management aspect for online publication process and take charge as SPOC
- Strategically align online content designing basis the demand and user friendliness to tackle the requirements as and when needed
Skill Set Required
- Knowledge and experience in content management system
- Project Management skills
- Strong analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Confident in interacting with international clients
- Able to identify and solve issues on time and an eye for detail
- Collaborative attitude to work in a team environment
Education and Experience
- Bachelors or Masters in any discipline with exposure to the financial services industry
- Strong working experience in content management and web development
- 2 - 5 years of relevant work experience
- Good to have knowledge about HTML, CSS and understanding of different criteria to measure online contents success
