Job Summary

We are looking for a talented Content Strategist to manage inter alia, compelling blog posts, articles, stories around our products/services, product descriptions, press release, social media content and ad/web copy. We are looking for someone who will help us expand our digital footprint and drive more value through online content.

The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of managing content strategy that increases engagement and drive leads. This position requires high level of creativity, as well as the ability to use data-driven insights. The successful candidate should be detail-oriented and committed to meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Planning and writing content for the web page, blog posts, news stories, banners, Facebook posts, and campaigns.
• Blog Management Research, write and edit blog submissions
• Maintaining and updating web pages
• Closely work with Designing and marketing team to create content for impact promotions/Ad activities.
• Should be able to generate product descriptions, content for online and offline promotions.
• Research trends, news and social media content for strategic use in content development.
• Define content strategies and plans for web marketing efforts.
• Editing and Proofreading generated content.
• Track competitive landscape and undertake R&D on best practices implemented by competition.
• Ensure timely delivery of content and enhance the experience for the target users.
• Stay up to date with trends and best practices in social media and content marketing.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in English, Journalism or related field
• Knowledge of digital marketing tactics, including SEO, Email Marketing, keyword consistency and Web Analytics, ASO amongst others.
• Excellent writing skills and ability to communicate and collaborate effectively
• The ability to consistently meet tight deadlines
• Knowledge of plagiarism tools & able to use them
