JOB DETAIL

We are hiring for Customer Care Consultants for UK and INDIA sales process.

Timings are flexible for both UK, and INDIA work but you may be required to work till 23:30 IST

The ideal candidate is a quick learner with excellent communication skills who can think on their feet and resolve any issues that come up with our customer first business perception

1. Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills.

2. Higher secondary school or equivalent

3. Basic computer skills

 

  • Knowledge of Amadeus /Galileo preferred.
  • Work in a highly desirable environment, with many different travel verticals to learn
  • Handling Customer service & Sales Calls from UK and India Customers.
  • Follow up with customers and clients for solving problems regarding reissues, date changes, cancelled reservations, and liaising with airlines.
  • Sell/cross-sell travel related services (baggage, seating)
