Manages customer service personnel and provides leadership to the field sales/ support activities, business groups and/ or corporate organization in the area of sales admin, order fulfillment support admin.
Plans, organizes, directs and controls the activities and staff required to provide solutions, consulting and controls to one or more defined business areas or processes.
Develops organizational strategies to align with those of our external customers/ industries/ markets and internal business partners.
Responsible for and measured on customer satisfaction goals.
Qualifications

Bachelor or Master or University Degree or equivalent.
14 years of relevant experience in business operations, process/corporate quality, people management with minimum 8 years of experience as a People Manager.
Requires proven skills in leading/managing the execution of processes, projects and tactics with strong knowledge experience in Customers Services while implementing quality methodologies.
Excellent communication, collaboration, operational excellence skills and capability to develop and deliver on best in class benchmarks. Additional exposure to Project Management and Process Transition methodologies will be preferred. The incumbent should be well versed with working in a global environment (multi-culture, multi- functional remote environment).
