Experience: At least 6-8 months in outbound voice process (Excellent Spoken English Skills)

Job Responsibilities -

• 1. Testing & Transaction Processing
• 2. Outbound Call
• 3. Inbound Call
• 4. CRM Update
• 5. Reporting

Location- WeWorks, DLF Forum, DLF Cyber City, Phase III, Gurugram, HR 122002 [WORK FROM OFFICE]

Days- 6 days

Shift- General 9 hours (should be open to rotational as well)
