Responsibilities :
	- Responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with dentists and their staff to retain and cultivate existing customer sales.
 
	- Focus on customer satisfaction by demonstrating teamwork and communication with laboratory managers.
 
	- Communicate and collaborate with the technical staff to ensure account information is being communicated properly to guarantee continued sales retention and growth opportunities.
 
	- Continually search for ways to exceed our customers expectations.
 
	- Prepare and execute sales presentations and actively participate in study club meetings and trade shows.
 
	- Responsible for targeting prospective accounts to identify and close sales opportunities.
 
	- Call on dentists within your assigned territory and inform these professionals about the features and benefits of our laboratory and products in order to grow market share.
 
	- Meet established call average expectations and sales quotas.
 
	- Maintain accurate records of communication with accounts and prospects.
 
	- Employ strong interpersonal, teamwork, organizational and planning skills in order to accomplish duties
 
	- Utilize marketing materials and campaigns in order to build awareness and increase sales.
 
Desired profile:
	- Must be able to retain and grow existing clinics / Hospitals
 
	- Must be able to cultivate a list of prospects and utilize selling skills in order to generate new business
 
	- Must strategically develop and manage territory to effectively handle all new and existing clinic’s / doctors while achieving all sales quotas
 
	- Previous experience in the dental industry preferred
 
	- Must maintain product knowledge, competitor knowledge, and industry trend awareness for overall effectiveness
 
	- Prior experience in dental, a big plus!
