JOB DETAIL

Roles and Responsibilities : 1. Configuring and troubleshooting of Desktop/Laptops for L1, and Managing backup and recovery.

2. Software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting for end users.

3. Configuring and troubleshooting of printer, scanner and LAN related issues reported by users.

4. Able to install applications, troubleshoot the issues, taking backups of the data and upgrades to the system.

5. Configuring and Trouble shooting of MS OUTLOOK \ Jabber \ Skype for Business -To solve the technical problems.

6. Some Other configuration & Issue to resolve time to time
