As "IT Support", the profile entails:
- Responsible for installation, configuration, maintenance troubleshooting of Windows Linux servers along with configuring and optimizing web servers, Log servers, Database servers, VMs
- Network Switch Router Configuration and Management. Managing desktop computers, laptops, peripherals (like printers, AP, etc..), LAN networking
- Performing Backup and Restoration of Servers and User systems.
- Managing Antivirus to guarantee antivirus functionality on all systems. Network / Remote installation of antivirus endpoint security software on client systems
- Configuring in-house and out-of-office policies on servers / systems and apply to users
- Operation of firewalls (rule creation and modification, monitoring, Packet and traffic analysis).
- Managing and resolving networking issues in timely manner.
- Escalation of unresolved and critical issues to appropriate vendors/teams
