1) Has a good overall design sense.
2) Should be able to edit short videos (reels)
3) Should be familiar with Video Editing
4) Should be able to effectively use Adobe Illustrator, Premier
Pro and After Effects
5) Should be ready to work in a startup with a small team
6) Should be responsible for their own work
