Roles and Responsibilities
As a HR Recruiter, you will play a key role in supporting the India People Team function in the Gurgaon office. You will support in day-to-day activities primarily covering core HR processes, policies, talent acquisition & on-boarding. This important HR role will work in close coordination with key HR team members.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES :
	- Efficient and effective session management in collaboration with candidate, hiring manager and other stakeholders, including communication and calendar management
- Source candidates based on requirements using various channels like LinkedIn, Naukri etc.
- Reporting and MIS: Tracking recruiting and providing statuses regularly
- Assisting in the coordination of other recruiting activities as needed
- Being pro-active in managing tasks and prioritize them and complete within timeline
- Generate the offer letters/packages
- Manage pre-joining formalities
- Additional special projects as needed
Desired Candidate Profile
	- Bachelors/ Masters degree in Human Resources or a relevant field
- 1-3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a corporate environment
- Looking for internal Hiring
- This will be a 12 months contract, can be extended basis performance
- Fluent English language skills, both written and oral
- Prior experience of working in a consulting firm
- Proficiency in MS Office products, such as PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel
- Ability to work effectively in a global virtual environment
- Strong teamwork and organizational skills
