SUMMARY
HR Specialist will perform all HR operations activities of entire employee cycle and will work closely with HRBP in driving employee engagement and other projects.
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities would include, but not be limited to, the following:
- Provide support on understanding and application of HR policies and processes.
- On-boarding and Documentation - Responsible for the on-boarding process, ensuring the documentation is completed and successful migration of the candidates. Filling & back-end related work to all new hires. Helping new joiners in opening new bank accounts & maintaining bank accounts records for all employees.
- Ensure 100% compliance to online attendance system.
- Run site Payroll & share salary inputs with Finance team as per TAT.
- Review and analyze data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve.
- Attend to daily Human Resource Operational issues & resolve them.
- Preparing & updating the HRMIS.
- Processing full & final settlement of the left employees, issuing resignation acceptance & relieving letters to them.
- Preparing miscellaneous letters like show cause, warning, confirmation & appreciation and transfer letters for the staff & issuing the same
- Attending to PF & ESIC queries.
- Planning, organizing & executing events for employee welfare and engagement.
- Consolidating monthly data for group Mediclaim and sending the same to Vendor and address employee queries related to any Mediclaim issues.
- Assisting in the yearly performance appraisal & processing revisions letters for the staff.
- Responding to employee verification related queries.
- Maintaining all trackers and sending it to business as in when required.
- Maintaining employee personal file and participate in internal and external audit.
- Maintaining attrition tracker and conducting regular exit interviews.
- Streamline HR processes for better execution by removing non-value adds or by automating them.
KNOWLEDGE and EXPERIENCE:
- 2-4 years of experience in HR operations
- Proficient in MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint
- MBA HR Preferred
- Understanding of full cycle of HR
- Good knowledge of local labor regulations and compliance
- Hands-on experience in Human Resources Management Software
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Quick learner and proactive individual
