Roles and Responsibilities

 

We are currently seeking applicants for Human Resources Associate Learning & Development position to join our Gurgaon Office.

Job Description

We seek a creative and energetic candidate to join our India office, focusing on Learning & Development talent for our Corporate Support functions.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement communication plans, manage participant enrollments, and coordinate training logistics
  • Partner with Learning Program Leads to coordinate and schedule programs
  • Manage course scheduling and tracking on the ZS internal Learning Management System
  • Ensure completion of various post-training activities such as assessments, participant feedback, and participation data recording
  • Partner with Learning & Development geographic leads to assist in training planning
  • Team with subject matter experts to implement and evaluate training and other learning resources and ensure the relevant content is being shared

 

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Any graduate/Post Graduate with strong academic background required;
  • 1 - 3 years of experience in Learning & Development for corporate support roles;
  • Excellent organizational skills and an ability to multi-task;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills;
  • Attention to detail and commitment;
  • Proven ability to work in a team environment;
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
