We are currently seeking applicants for Human Resources Associate Learning & Development position to join our Gurgaon Office.
Job Description
We seek a creative and energetic candidate to join our India office, focusing on Learning & Development talent for our Corporate Support functions.
Responsibilities:
- Implement communication plans, manage participant enrollments, and coordinate training logistics
- Partner with Learning Program Leads to coordinate and schedule programs
- Manage course scheduling and tracking on the ZS internal Learning Management System
- Ensure completion of various post-training activities such as assessments, participant feedback, and participation data recording
- Partner with Learning & Development geographic leads to assist in training planning
- Team with subject matter experts to implement and evaluate training and other learning resources and ensure the relevant content is being shared
Desired Candidate Profile
- Any graduate/Post Graduate with strong academic background required;
- 1 - 3 years of experience in Learning & Development for corporate support roles;
- Excellent organizational skills and an ability to multi-task;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills;
- Attention to detail and commitment;
- Proven ability to work in a team environment;
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
Good sense of humor appreciated
