- Source candidates using a variety of search methods (job portals, LinkedIn, etc.) to build a candidate pipeline

- Conduct telephonic interviews and filter candidates for IT positions

- Maintain candidate tracker

- Set up interviews with seniors
 

Required Candidate profile

- You should have your own Laptop, fast Broadband connection, and SIM for calling

- Excellent communication skills in English is a must.

- First 6 months - Fixed Rs 11,000 p.m.
