Responsibilities & Deliverables:
Understand technical upgrade requirement from customers and upgrade build environment as per requested technical stack
Interacts with internal stakeholders(QA ,Engineering, IT) to support technical upgrade, managing build environment, product releases and/or resolve technical problems
Preparation of new build environment, maintaing build environment
Installation and configuration of MQ,WAS ,Web logic, Oracle ,Tuxedo etc
Automation of existing procedure such as build deployment etc
CI/CD pipeline
Availability of 24*7 production support


Must Skills-

Build
Build and deployment stages
Knowledge of build deployment- Knowledge on shell, perl
Experience in Jenkins like CI/CD tools-CI/CD Pipeline
Any scripting knowledge -ANT scripting
Any ticketing tool experience -Jira, Service Now
Experience in code repositories-StarTeam, Perforce

Middleware
Experience in Web Sphere Application Server, Web Logic, Web Sphere MQ, SDK, Tuxedo-
Performance tuning
Product Installation, Patch upgrades, configuration, troubleshooting-Automation scripting
Backup and restore operations
Knowledge of deployment of web applications
Basic knowledge Oracle DB client, server operations- Oracle Reports

Operating Systems
Basic knowledge on OS HW/SW (Unix, AIX, Solaris, Linux)-Troubleshooting OS library dependent issues
Infrastructure operations to know OS version, Resources- Software Bit mode identification
User/Group/File system management
Server housekeeping activities (patching, logs rotation)
Troubleshooting performance issues
Basic networking troubleshooting.

Operations
Prepare and execute tech stack upgrades - CMDB knowledge
Rebasing of code - StarTeam, Perforce
Proactive tracking of EOL-EOS for all the technology/software/Infrastructure- GPP product knowledge
Knowledge/experience in Financial technology domain- Payment domain preferred
Documentation of procedures/troubleshooting -Knowledge of SharePoint
Availability of 24*7 production support
