Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead the HR operations tasks which will include payroll/compliance and database management.
- Ensure effectiveness and end-to-end employee lifecycle management both from process and employee experience perspective
- Compliance management as per the applicable laws and complete understanding of upcoming new laws in India
- Should have relevant experience in Payroll & Statutory Compliance
- Carry out audits related activities and ensure closure of Audit observations
- Responsible for building, maintaining, and upgrading KRAs, SOPs, Process Maps and creating documents on various new and existing process
- Reviewing weekly and monthly reports and on real-time basis implementing strategies to on-going challenges and issues
- MIS Analytics and dashboards for Headcount, attrition, employee demographics and data driven insights
- Responsible for HRMS including global implementation
- Manage HRMS related activities and data maintenance along with implementation of new functionalities, enhancements, and integrations
- Own the testing of scenarios during updates and releases and report bugs, follow up for resolution •
- Monitor internal HR systems/process and automation
- Own HR ticketing inhouse tool and ensure best employee experience, with minimal turnaround time and quality
- Co-ordinate with Functional/department heads on HR related interventions
What you'll bring to the team:
- Overall 6+ years of total experience with minimum 5 years of recent experience in HR operations profiles
- Experience in payroll and worked on software like Oracle, SAP, workday will be added advantage
- Experience in implementing HRMS would be useful to effectively perform in the role
- Basic Technology knowledge to be able to give thought leadership to build reports with Power BI/other automation tools
- Good communication skills
- Strong exposure to global business environments/ global roles/ senior stakeholders
- Self-driven, result oriented structured approach
- Strategic thought leadership in designing future state delivery and strategies for attaining them
- A collaborative approach, ability to work across organizational lines
- Hand on approach is a must as there will not be a huge team to do the work
