Measures of success

In three months:

• Understand the domain and technology implementation of clients

• Build relationships with the team

• Get deep into the project and start working on modules adding value independently

• Be the lead on the module you are working on

• Start interactions with the client and own the scope and deliveries of the project

 

Responsibilities of the role:

 

The role works as a member of the Development Team to deliver code modules contributing to

complete solution. Specific role deliverables –

• Work with technical Lead, peers to clarify requirements

• Write high quality code as per prescribed standards.

• Unit testing, participation in system testing, writing error reports in requisite systems etc.

• Adhere to the Development processes.

 

What you will need:

Mandatory Skill set

• B. Tech./MCA or equivalent preferred

• 3+ years of total experience

• Exposure to PHP and MySQL, Mongo DB, jQuery, REST

• Knowledge of basic cloud (AWS/GCP) services.

• Knowledge of data structures and algorithms.

• Clear, effective and frequent (daily) communication to all stakeholders

• Excellent analytical and quantitative skills

• Experience in Agile Methodology

• Exposure to Development lifecycle processes

• Positive and “GO Getter” attitude
