- 6+ years of Project Management experience in managing Digital Transformation projects

- Must have Banking exp in- Retail Banking/Wholesale Banking/Wealth Management/Global Trade & Receivables Finance.

- Should have hands on experience in - Digital Transformation/Intelligent Automation (RPA/AI/ML)/Process Excellence/Change Management.

- Should have experience in creating and tracking benefit case or value realisation.

- Certified and Proficient in JIRA and Confluence in Agile/SAFe Framework.

- Expertise in Senior and Global Stakeholder Engagement and Management.

- Coordinating with cross-discipline team members to track project requirements, deliverables, deadlines, schedules and timelines.
