Role & Responsibilities

• Full stack development - Developing high quality software independently and in teams • Performs moderately complex development activities, including the design, implementation, maintenance, testing and documentation of software modules and sub-systems • Understands the marketing requirements for a product, including target environment, performance criteria and competitive issues.

• Evaluate and integrate third party software. • Develop Unit tests and perform feature/integration testing.

• Manages and expands relationships with internal and outsourced development partners on software applications design and development.

• Drives innovation and integration of new technologies into projects and activities in the software applications design organization.

• Take ownership of goals, project schedules; persistently drive tasks /projects to completion • Leading and participating in design and code reviews

Job Qualifications

• Bachelors or Master Degree or University Degree or equivalent w/ 1-3 years relevant experience

• Strong Java programming and object oriented design skills required

• Expertise and knowledge in Web application technologies using JS Frameworks, REST, HTML5, XML, JSON.

• Self-starter with desire to work across a variety of technology stack and challenges

• Ability to learn quickly and to collaborate with others in a geographically distributed team

• Understanding of Development methodologies including object-oriented analysis and design.

• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.

• Excellent verbal/written communication skills
