Role Purpose:
As a Sourcing Specialist with MattsenKumar, you'll be responsible for talent acquisition for the organization as per agreed upon SLAs
Key Role Deliverables:
- Understand role requirements and implement varied sourcing strategies to generate applicant base
- Maintain database of applicants
- Plan and schedule candidates for the selection process
- Administer selection tests and conduct personal interviews as per pre-defined process
- Maintain daily and weekly hiring reports
- Religiously follow the recruitment process and related protocols
- Work on other projects as specified by HR Manager
- Report to Lead-Recruitment as per set metrics
Basic Job Requirements:
- Minimum education Graduate in any stream
- MBA (HR) would be preferred
- At least 1 year of volume/mass hiring experience in BPO/KPO industry. Candidates from consultancy can also apply if meets all the criteria
- US IT Recruitment experience will not be considered valid
- Based in Delhi/NCR
- Excellent communication Skills, both written & oral
- Flexible working in a 24/7 environment
- Excellent inter personal and persuasion skills
- Ready to work from office as and when required
