Job Title: Inside Sales Executive
Location: Gurgaon
Shift Timings: 5:30 PM-2:30 AM IST
Inside Sales Executive:
An inside sales executive is responsible for generating new prospects by interacting with existing and prospective customers in order to garner their interest and convert them into qualified leads for the sales team
Key Responsibilities:
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails• Understand customer needs and requirements
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
- Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas
- Research accounts identify key stakeholders and generate interest
- Maintain and expand a database of prospects within an assigned territory
- Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals
- Perform effective online demos to prospects
- Moderate monthly webinars
- Maintain database with most current and accurate records of prospecting metrics
- Complete other tasks as assigned
Key Requirements:
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills
- Proven inside sales experience
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong phone presence and ability to achieve high outbound call goals per day
- Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
- Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
- ZoomInfo experience or similar tool
- Ability to learn and understand product features and benefits and parlay that knowledge to potential customers
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong listening and presentation skills•
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- BA/BS degree or equivalent
