ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Should have expertise in selling luxury living space
- Should be responsible to sell Luxury Residential Property to HNI's & NRI's etc.
- Sales to be handled independently.
- Planning out different lead generation activities.
- Tie-up with the channel partners for the lead generation.
- Attending appointments with customers and taking them through the project presentation.
- Collecting the application form from the customer while closing the sale and handing over the booking formalities to the CRM.
- Monthly survey of competitors to keep self-updated and also updates seniors about the developments happening around the project assigned.
- Coordination with the projects team for small customization request.
REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent communication and selling skills.
- MBA / Post Graduation/Graduation in any discipline.
- Total experience of around 6-8 years with minimum 4-5 years experience in direct selling.
- Candidate from Real Estate Background would be preferred.
