Roles and Responsibilities:

Business Development /Sales Manager(Fabric/Wallpaper- Home Furnishing)

a. Responsible for Sale of Company's Products through Channel network/ Projects, dealing with dealers/ distributors. Achieve targets for entire region for profit, Sales, Collection, Dealer Appointment, plan for proper coverage of market through Dealer Network.

b. Responsible for all sales through this defined sales channel including final execution to the end customers (users)

c. Search and prospect new Dealers & Distributors/Architects & Interiors Designers directly or alongside with any of F&Fs business associates by a structured market coverage in the assigned territory or through any other network with the objective of specifying & promoting the F&F brand and develop business there from.

d. Carry out the sales/ aftermarket services for any business falling under the definition of Key Influential ‘s” as per laid down guidelines from the Company

e. Will be responsible for promoting the F&F brand & also position any future sub brands, international brands F&F deals in at present & in the future.

f. In co-ordination with your Supervisor (Head – Business development) ensure that the inventory & stocking, product mix for the business developed / prospected are available/ developed and timely completion of all projects/ customer accounts as specified by the architects / interior designers being handled.

g. Ensure that all reporting (written and verbal) are submitted to your Supervisor as per defined timeline and formats.

h. Ensure that customer relationship management processes are applied and maintained at all times of the business association.

i. Prepare a structured system of market feedback on product, product range, service expectation from customers with the objective of business building and growth.

In co-ordination with the Head – Business Development ensure that the assigned business target is met.
