Lead and coordinate the planning and delivery of the technical development in one or more SAP implementation projects as well as be involved in the performance fine tuning and managing the adherence of development standards for the broader SAP applications.
- Work collaboratively with cross functional teams, business, functional analysts, and developers to ensure best technical solution is designed and implemented to complex programs.
- Manage and coordinate the implementation of WRICEF objects including Custom transactions, Integration, BDCs, ALV Reports, SmartForms, SAPScripts, Workflows and interfaces, across the SAP ECC, SAP CRM and other SAP environments.
- Lead and participate in the analysis, design, development, testing, documentation, implementation, and maintenance of SAP solutions for the business.
- Work in global environment and handle teams of onshore and offshore developers - assign and review allocated work working with the team manager based on project and business needs
- Work with the SAP technical team to recognize and implement new SAP technologies.
- Develop and enforce development standards by performing/conducting code reviews for developments done by onsite and offshore developers
Required
- Strong management skills with proven ability to develop plans and lead technical teams in the delivery of IT projects and services.
- Demonstrated knowledge and proficiency in SAP software designing of complex SAP environments and integration with other platforms and technologies.
- Proven experience in skills and proficiency of SAP ECC/CRM/other areas of ABAP, SAP Script, SMARTFORMS, BAPIs BADIs, User Exits, web services and RFC destinations.
- Strong development and customization experience in SAP cloud solutions like CPQ, C4C, IBP, Ariba
- Knowledge and experience in new age development skills in Python, NodeJS, Fiori and UI5
- Proven experience in building Integration between SAP and non-SAP application using IDOCs, Web Services, RFC through middleware platforms like Jitterbit, SAP CPI, FUSION
- S4 implementation and conversion experience is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to manage technical IT/business projects and programs through all phases of the project life cycle.
- Participated in three or more full project life cycle implementations of various SAP modules.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to present complex information in a clear and structured way; ability to work at all levels in the organization (end users to executives, IT and business).
Qualifications
Bachelor s Degree in Information Systems or Computer Science or related field with a focus on business applications and Information Technology. Advanced degree is preferred.
8+years in an SAP environment, including 4+ years of technical team lead experience..
