One of the top Product based Company is looking for SAP/S4HANA Finance Service Manager for their Gurgaon office. Currently everyone will be working from home.
Key tasks & responsibilities
n Develop and manage the S4 Finance Services Operations processes with focus on Incident-, Request- and Change Management processes
n Execution of service delivery and management of service performance of the specific services in scope, ensure timely issue resolution and continuous operations
n Responsibility of service budget, scope and quality, monitors service budget and resources
n Steer and pilot respective subservices, and potential suppliers and contractors
n Responsible for the analysis, planning, measurement and improvement of the IT services in respect to the agreed service levels (SLAs), implementation of Service Improvement Plan
n Support of service review meetings with internal customers as well as cloud solution providers covering performance, service improvements, quality aspects and processes
n Responsible for delivering excellence in all aspects of the service delivery function within an ITIL derived framework
n Responsible for security management and execution of risk management processes of technical service operation in accordance to company frameworks
n Support S4 productive operations already in Hypercare and manage transition to RUN (BAU operations and support)
n Actively manage the BAU Operations Support organization, working on the incidents resolution and change requests processes.
Requirements
n Study to university degree level (computer science, business administration or related disciplines)
n Minimum 3 years of work experience and skills acquired in IT Service Management for SAP, ideally in an international environment
n At least 3 years of work experience with Solution Manager ITSM, ChaRM, Requirement Management, Test Management, Focus Build
n Foundational knowledge of IT Service Management processes within an ITIL derived framework
n Proficient skills regarding Continuity, Availability, SLA and Capacity Management are expected
n
n Experience in working collaboratively between onshore and offshore delivery teams
n Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication
n Team player with eagerness to work in a multi-cultural and multinational context within a newly created environment
n Fluency in written and spoken English
n Strong Business & IT Acumen
