One of the top Product based Company is looking for Senior Cloud Engineer - Azure on the urgent basis.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in the Transformation project to move >5000 global servers to the cloud
- Operates and maintains cloud-based infrastructure components
(e.g. VM Instance based Linux or Windows Servers)
- Monitoring of utilization, performance and availability of system components & services
- Provides second level support for infrastructure components of cloud-based application stacks
- Conducts log analysis and patch management to ensure high system integrity and security
- Contributes to planning and implementation of failure and disaster recovery tests
- Utilizes DevOps principles & tools to devise work strategies for automated processes to deploy & maintain virtual datacenter components in our cloud stacks.
- Creates and maintains strategies to avoid risks and disaster recovery
- Train existing and new staff in cloud technology and new ways of working
Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- More 5 than years experience in IT Support
- More than 3 experience with enterprise grade cloud computing and orchestration (based on Azure)
- Experience in applying Infrastructure as Code (IaC) paradigms
- DevOps mindset
- Preferred applied tool knowledge: Terraform, CHEF, GIT, Jenkins, AZURE DevOps
- Basic knowledge of ITIL processes (Foundation Level)
- Basic knowledge of IT security regulations and standards such as ISO 27001
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively across diverse organizations, groups and functions
- Flexible thinker able to operate in a changing environment
- Fluent Business English (written and spoken)
