JOB DETAIL

  • Implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Power Platform Applications
  • Recommend solutions to the business problems for smooth operations and business growth.
  • Support Microsoft Dynamics users by implementing new requirements and troubleshooting ERP, CRM, integration across platforms/technologies for the various lines of business.
  • Assist senior leadership with developing, updating, implementing, and enforcing industry best practices, and embedding these within the business IT policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
  • 7 years in development role, and 5 years of relevant experience (Dynamics CRM and Power Platform).
  • Strong experience with Dynamics 365 (CRM, ERP), Power Platform (Dataverse, Power Apps Canvas, MDD Portal), Power Automate (process, common connectors), and Office 365 (SharePoint, Teams, Office Suite)
  • Strong experience with C#, JavaScript/Typescript, dotnet/core using Visual Studio / Code with GIT
  • Deep knowledge of the XRM SDK, Web API, org service, component framework and toolbox (pac, xrmtoolbox, etc.) to develop custom logic and platform extension (web resources, PCF, plugins, etc.)
  • Solid knowledge of integration capabilities with the Dataverse, Finance and Operation and the Azure Data services (Dataflow, ADLS, Dual-write, etc.)
  • Practical experience in implementing continuous delivery (CI/CD) of Dynamics 365 CRM or other applications through different environments using Azure DevOps (Packaging, Pipelines, Releases).
  • Hands on experience with of Azure cloud computing and hybrid integration (cloud and on-premises).
  • Strong communication and presentation skills (oral and written) with ability to express ideas clearly and concisely.
  • Self-starter with ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced environment with quickly changing priorities and tight deadlines.
  • Strong team player with proven ability to build relationships and foster collaboration across functional areas and keep key stakeholders informed.
  • Customer service-orientated approach, with the capability to work in agile environments and demonstrate flexibility in an evolving business landscape.
  • Knowledge of Agile DevOps delivery methods.
  • Very good English skills, oral and written.

Assets

  • Any relevant Microsoft certifications/exams on Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure or Microsoft 365.
  • Knowledge of systems integration and data architecture models and concepts.
  • Business knowledge gained from projects related to the areas of OTC Trading Sales, HR, Finance and Compliance, Risk Management, and electronic documents.
