Frontend Software Engineer

Syndigo's engineering team is looking for a front-end software engineer who knows Angular to join the team. This is an individual contributor role that will build & enhance the user interface of Content Experience Hub (CXH). The role will require knowledge of coding best practices and understanding of web frameworks and all browsers. The user interface on which this role will be working is how our clients access their product data and can use the dashboards to find the areas to troubleshoot & improve data quality.

The role will help ensure the accessibility, aesthetics, performance, and security of the application, and will work with other members of the software engineering team to perform integration activities.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and enhance front end user interface of Syndigo software
• Be a part of larger development team and interface with Product, Project, DevOps and QA teams
• Understand requirements, code, and test high-quality web apps
• Take wireframes from conception to implementation
• Use Agile and Kanban methodologies for SDLC
• Maintain work backlog through JIRA
• Collaborate with team members across multiple geographic locations as well as time zones

REQUIREMENTS:

• Professional experience with Angular
• 3-6 years of professional experience in developing software using relevant technologies
• Strong knowledge of Javascript, CSS, HTML/XHTML, JSON
• Strong analytic and problem-solving skills
• Ability to stretch outside one's comfort zone to achieve team success
• Exhibit positive mindset in networking with team membersoles and Responsibilities
